It’s time for the Week Three Weigh-In if you’re participating in the Spring Keto Challenge. You can post your update in this thread inside our private Facebook group, or here on this post if you prefer (or if you’re not on Facebook).
It’s never too late to start! The challenge is FREE and you can join us today if you haven’t already. New people join in every single day.
You’ll find all the Weigh-In threads in the pinned post at the top of the private group, along with Challenge Details and Group Details. That post is updated every Wednesday with the new weigh-in link for the week.
The weekly weigh-ins are just for accountability, of course… a healthy HAPPY lifestyle change is the REAL goal!
I know it can be tough “in the moment” while you’re working on your weight loss goals one weigh-in or one day at a time. Weeks go by and it doesn’t feel like you’re making any progress or seeing any real change. It gets frustrating!
We all go through that…
My advice: just relax into a healthy low carb lifestyle with smarter choices and less stress. Love who you are today, but always be improving and working toward who you KNOW you can be. 😉
In the two pictures below, I can’t say that I felt any different on the inside. On the right I felt leaner and stronger of course, and really proud of how well I was taking care of myself. But on the left I was already well into my weight loss journey with some pounds off, eating low carb at that dinner and feeling really good about the steps I was taking.
It wasn’t until years later and putting these two photos side by side that I can SEE the results of my daily choices & actions…
This is not a before picture or my highest weight, but maybe a year or two into eating low carb. I honestly don’t remember my arms ever being that size. But I do remember always using them to cover my belly rolls. 😀
You may not see or feel results today, or next week, but I assure you that if you consistently eat better and move more every day – your body WILL change as a result. It has no choice. 😉
