I do NOT use anything with exogenous ketones. Skip those products, including their “base” which has those too.

Their bars are GREAT: only 2 net carbs, no sugar alcohol, have coconut oil & collagen, they’re sweet, love the texture! They test well too on my blood glucose & ketone meter.

Their nut butter is only 2 net carbs per serving too, and SO creamy and delicious! It’s NOT sweet – just a blend of macadamia, cashew, coconut butter with MCT oil. I can’t wait to bake with it.
